Indy Developer Plans Executive Suites in Central Ohio
As reported on August 30, 2017 by Carrie Ghose at the Columbus Business First, Envoy, Inc., an Indianapolis developer of small-business office suites and co-working spaces plan to develop an Elevate Office Suites in Westerville and Hilliard, Ohio.
“Westerville and Hilliard are growing cities with strong demographics,” said Shelby Bowen, VP of Development for Envoy. “We believe the proximity to Columbus offers residents an opportunity to work closer to home but still be a part of the Columbus business district.”
Elevate Hilliard and Elevate Westerville join a network of office suite developments throughout Indiana and Texas, and could include more locations in Ohio. Envoy has interest in Grove City, Worthington, Dublin, New Albany and Grand view Heights.
