Elevate Westerville Grand Opening
Leasing is underway at Elevate Westerville. Announced today, the official grand opening of the latest office, coworking, and meeting space in town is set for June 6th.
Elevate Westerville is an $8.2 million investment that will centrally locate upwards of 150 small businesses and entrepreneurs. The two-story, 36,000-square-foot building boasts more than 150 office suites, four high-tech conference rooms, all-inclusive amenities, and a coworking space open to the community. Office suite options include interior and exterior offices ranging from one- to four-person suites, beauty and wellness related suites with extra electrical power and plumbing, and focus suites with sound-proofing insulation.
