Elevate Brownsburg Announces Grand Opening
BROWNSBURG, IN – Just over one year ago, Envoy and town officials broke ground on Elevate Brownsburg, kicking off the redevelopment of Arbuckle Park in downtown Brownsburg. Today, Elevate Brownsburg announced its official grand opening this week on June 7, 2018. In celebration, the community is invited to an all-day open house.
“We are excited that the project is on-time and on-budget, but most importantly we are eager to open our doors to the Town of Brownsburg,” said Scott Baldwin, Principal and Owner of Envoy. “The scale of the development happening around us in Arbuckle Acres Park is a testament to the opportunity in the community.”
The first project completed in the $80 million Arbuckle Acres Park masterplan, Elevate Brownsburg is a $4.8 million, two-story building with more than 100 office suites, four conference rooms, and a co-working space. The transformative project was developed in partnership with the Town of Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission, Envoy, and the Hageman Group.
“Our team works to ensure that Elevate Office Suites create an instant ecosystem in the communities in which we are located,” said Baldwin. “Our members enjoy high-energy, collaborative environments, professional workspaces to do business, and all-inclusive amenities without any of the hassle of expensive overhead costs.”
A hub of business opportunity, Elevate Brownsburg is now leasing and already attracting new businesses to the workspace. Ideally suited for tech start-ups, law offices, salons, and consulting and professional services, the office suites provide a space to collaborate and do business—giving proven job creators an opportunity for advancement.
The official grand opening for Elevate Brownsburg is scheduled for Thursday, June 7, and the community is encouraged to stop by and learn more at the open house any time that day. The workspace was designed with the Brownsburg community in mind. The shared conference rooms will be available for use to community groups and Elevate Brownsburg’s coworking space is accessible via temporary passes for those that work on the go.
“As a community of entrepreneurs and small business owners, we know how important a supportive and connected ecosystem can be during start-up through scale-up,” said Kristen Yilmaz, Elevate Brownsburg’s Property Manager. “The response from the community has been great so far, and we are excited to celebrate the June 7 opening with the new members that are already making the most of our thoughtful space.”
As part of the downtown, Arbuckle Acres redevelopment, construction is currently underway on improvements to the surrounding public infrastructure, including connectivity for pedestrian and bicycle access. The Town of Brownsburg has also started construction on what will be a centrally-located public green entrance to Arbuckle Acres Park and Elevate Office Brownsburg.
