Innovative Suites Cultivate Hilliard Business Community

INDIANAPOLIS – A new Elevate Office Suites is planned for the City of Hilliard, Ohio, marking the next expansion development outside of Indiana for the innovative office suites company. The Elevate Hilliard project would centrally locate more than 150 small businesses and entrepreneurs and is an $8.2 million investment in the community. The proposed development would be located on the northwest corner of Britton Parkway and Davidson Road.

“The growth in Hilliard is exciting, and we are looking forward to being an active partner in the City's economic progress,” said Scott Baldwin, Principal and Owner of Elevate Office. “Elevate Hilliard will cultivate a sense of community among small business owners and entrepreneurs, resulting in jobs, increased income taxes for the City, and continued momentum for development in the area.”

Elevate Office Suites offer a modern space to do business without the hassle of expensive overhead costs. Elevate Hilliard is a planned two-story, 36,000 square-foot, architecturally significant building comprised of 150 office suites, four high-tech conference rooms, and a co-working space. Members enjoy premier, all-inclusive amenities without the long-term commitment associated with traditional office space.

On Friday, David Meadows, Economic Development Director for the City of Hilliard said, “I’m very excited that Elevate Office is considering Hilliard for its new location. These office suites will provide the space and resources needed for small businesses and entrepreneurs to grow their ideas and create jobs in our community.”

The City of Hilliard is an attractive location for Elevate Office’s expansion into Ohio because of the proximity to 270, growth in the area, and business-friendly environment. With a network of seven locations in Indiana, three affiliates in Texas, and a proposed location in Westerville, Elevate Office has a growing network across the Midwest for small business owners, startups, and entrepreneurs.

“Our team has worked to ensure the Elevate Office concept creates an instant ecosystem in the communities in which we are located,” said Baldwin. “Our members enjoy highly collaborative environments, professional workspaces to do business, and all-inclusive amenities without the hassle of expensive overhead costs.”

With office suites starting as low as $449 a month and no-term leases, Elevate Hilliard will offer unprecedented office space flexibility. All-inclusive amenities include a full-service office environment with modern workspaces, on-site management, high-tech conference rooms, private office suites, security, a kitchen, a coffee bar, utilities, property taxes, and free parking.

“Communities that invest in an Elevate Office create economic opportunity for small business owners and entrepreneurs by eliminating common barriers they experience. We are looking forward to meeting the future members that will bring collaboration and fresh ideas to the Hilliard business community,” said Baldwin.

Pending City of Hilliard City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission approval, the project is expected to break ground in November of 2017 with a completion date of December 2018.
