5 things over heard at Elevate Brownsburg’s grand opening

Last week with the cut of a ribbon, Elevate Brownsburg opened its doors to the community. Town officials, partners, and prospective tenants helped celebrate the grand opening at an all-day open house on Thursday, June 7. While guests roamed the halls on self-guided tours, we overheard a few comments repeatedly:

Awesome outdoor space!

The first thing tenants and guests experience is the activated outdoor space in front of the building. Among native landscaping, there’s a “front porch” with several sets of tables and chairs for eating, working, or having a meeting in the great outdoors. In addition, the afternoon crash just met its match with the balcony off the second floor—the perfect spot to clear your head or refocus.

An inspiring place to work.

Building designers were tasked with creating an artful, inventive environment to make Elevate Brownsburg a place where people want to come to work every day. Vibrant colors and interesting textures abound in the professional office environment, and designers curated artwork to fill the hallways and conference rooms.

Speaking of the conference rooms.

The artful inspiration continues in each of the four spaces. Named after famous artists—Gehry, Chihuly, Pollock, and Warhol—the conference rooms are equipped with blazing-fast internet, conferencing capabilities, and presentation technology. Conference rooms are available to members through an internal scheduling system that is maintained by the property manager.

Arbuckle Acres is going to be a game-changer.

The Town of Brownsburg, together with private partners, is amid an $80 million downtown redevelopment. Once construction is finished, Elevate Brownsburg will be surrounded by mixed-use buildings that include residential units, retail, and restaurants. Improvements also include public infrastructure enhancements to the entrance of Arbuckle Acres, bike lanes, and walking rails.

How much is the rent for this office suite?

With a range of suite sizes, amenities, and locations available within the building, this is a common question. At Elevate Brownsburg, leases are signed on a month-to-month basis and start at $449 a month to offer you the upmost in flexibility. Since there are so many unique options, we recommend that you contact Kristen Yilmaz to tour the building. She can help you find the suite that fits your needs and your budget.

Thank you to everyone that made the grand opening of Elevate Brownsburg a success. We are excited to be a part of the Brownsburg community and the future home of your business. Check us out and #ElevateYourOffice.
